LTC to Offer Children's Choir this Fall
Lincoln Trail College is inviting young singers to take the stage this fall with the launch of a new Children鈥檚 Choir.
Open to kids ages 5鈥11, the choir will meet from 6:30鈥7:30 p.m. on November 6, 13, 20, and December 4 in DeMent Auditorium. Under the direction of Rebecca Geffs, participants will learn songs, explore basic vocal techniques, and develop performance skills in a fun and supportive environment.
The choir will make its debut performance on December 5 at 7 p.m. as part of Lincoln Trail College鈥檚 Fall Choral Concert.

Tickets are now available for Lincoln Trail College Theatre鈥檚 fall production of Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery,opening October 30 in the Zwermann Arts Center Theater. Performances run October 30, 31, and November 1 at 7 p.m., with a matinee on November 2 at 2 p.m.

Paige Hensley: From LTC to the Sports Industry
When Paige Hensley (鈥22) arrived at Lincoln Trail College, she wasn鈥檛 sure exactly what her future would look like. What she did know was that she wanted to keep playing soccer and find a college that was affordable and close enough to home in Columbia, Missouri, but far enough away to push her toward independence.

LTC Receives $100,000 Grant From Marathon Petroleum Corporation
Lincoln Trail College has received a $100,000 grant from Marathon Petroleum Corporation to support the construction of LTC鈥檚 new Technology Center. The state-of-the-art facility will house the college鈥檚 Process Technology, Broadband Telecom, and Welding programs.

LTC Welcomes 39 International Students from 16 Countries
Walking across campus at Lincoln Trail College this fall, you鈥檒l hear more than the chatter of classmates heading to class鈥攜ou鈥檒l hear a world of voices. From Spanish to Japanese, Portuguese to German, LTC鈥檚 hallways have become a global meeting place.
This semester, 39 students representing 16 different countries have made LTC their home. Together, they bring with them eight primary languages, a rich mix of cultures, and a spirit of adventure that is reshaping what it means to be a Statesman.

100% of LTC Nursing Students Pass NCLEX in 2025
Lincoln Trail College is celebrating historic success in its nursing program, with 100% of its 2025 graduates passing the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX). The achievement outpaces the national average of 87% and highlights LTC鈥檚 role in Illinois Eastern Community Colleges鈥 (IECC) highest-ever district-wide pass rate.

State Senator Chapin Rose (R-Mahomet) and State Representative Adam Niemerg (R-Dieterich) visited Lincoln Trail College on August 19, touring the campus and meeting with students, faculty, and administrators to learn more about recent developments and the college鈥檚 role in the community.

Auditions Announced for LTC's Production of Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery
Get your deerstalker cap on 鈥 the play鈥檚 afoot! Lincoln Trail College Theatre will hold auditions for Ken Ludwig鈥檚 Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery at 6 p.m. on Sept. 4 and 5 in the Zwermann Arts Center Theater. Directed by Taylor Dahlberg, the production will run Oct. 30, 31, and Nov. 1 at 7 p.m., with a matinee on Nov. 2 at 2 p.m.
